About Me

I have been in your shoes…

I know exactly how you feel because I have had more than my fair share of injuries.

I can tell you with confidence that Physical Therapy WORKS and pain is only temporary. You can take control and prevent future injuries. It is worth the time and energy to learn how to care of your body.

As a mother of two young boys I know how hard it can be to prioritize your own well-being while you take care of your family. Modeling how to effectively manage your own health is a gift you can give your children that will serve them forever.

My Approach

If you have already done PT in a traditional outpatient setting you will find my approach to be different in several ways. My goal is to provide a uniquely personal healing experience. I want you to feel heard, supported, and cared for. We will honor your pain tolerance and practice listening to your body.

As an Orthopedic Manual Therapy specialist I will use hands on techniques to mobilize the affected tissues and joints. We will utilize some treatment tools including Graston TM, cupping, Kinesiotape etc. As well as high tech assessment tools from Kinvent. I am trained in implementing isometric activation work with the Isophit apparatus.
